Sheryl Keseian
Hello,
My name is Sheryl Keseian. I am a wife, mother of three, and a proud grandmother of four. I started my journey working with young children at the age of 23 when I opened a home daycare. I am Lead Teacher Certified and began working at Avon Nursery School in 2001. I adore my profession and have a deep affection for our school.
My teaching style includes hands-on learning, exploration, communication, and play-based activities that enhance academic and social skills.
In my classroom, I introduce children to a wide variety of fine motor and gross motor skills, along with art, music, science, and STEM activities. I am a true believer that “LITTLE HANDS can do BIG THINGS.”
Parent-teacher communication is very important to me, and I believe it fosters a collaborative partnership that enhances the students’ learning experience.
One of my favorite quotes:
“Find a job that you LOVE, and you will never work a day in your life!”
I truly believe I have achieved precisely that!
My promise to you:
I will always remember that EVERY child in my class is somebody else’s whole world. ☺
