My name is Sarah Welch, and I am an assistant at Avon Nursery School. I started as a mother’s helper, then worked as a neighborhood babysitter. After working as a nanny for over 20 years, I have finally found my place at Avon Nursery School.

I discovered this wonderful school while searching for my son’s education. I fell in love with it instantly and have never looked back. Not only am I a proud mom of an ANS graduate, but I have also found my calling working in such an amazing place with a loving and incredible group of women.
